The 27th Annual Jimmy Fund Golf Tournament/Jeffrey Vinick Memorial was held on June 19 and raised more than $440,000 for Dana-Farber. Nearly 600 golfers played on five courses in western Massachusetts and Connecticut, joining together afterwards for a dinner celebration at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass.
The 6th annual Jimmy Fund Players Tournament was held on June 19 at the Tournament Players Club (TPC) of Boston in Norton, Mass. Hosted by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Trustees Mike Champa, Jim Dow, and Paul Severino, the event raised more than $170,000 to benefit the High-Tech Multidisciplinary Research Fund at the Institute.
