Join us for the 28th Annual Rodman Ride for Kids on Saturday, September 22nd!
The Ride generously matches funds raised at a rate of 3% and underwrites all expenses, so that 103% of every dollar you donate directly benefits AANE
The Asperger/Autism Network (AANE) works with adults, children, teens, families, and professionals to help people on the autism spectrum build meaningful, connected lives. We do this by providing information, education, community, support, and advocacy, all in an atmosphere of validation and respect.
The more knowledge and understanding parents have, the more equipped they are in supporting their child’s unique challenges and nurturing his or her gifts. At AANE, parents have access to the collective wisdom of parent-professional staff who compassionately guide them on their parenting journey.
Interested in volunteering? Can't cycle on Ride Day, but interested creating your own "virtual rider" challenge to raise funds for AANE? If you have any questions, contact Erica Remi at firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-393-3824 x47.
Your donation will enable: $5,000 - 100 parents to receive support from our clinical hotline. $2,500 - AANE to pilot online support groups for parents. $1,000 - AANE to run support groups for parents for one month. $500 - 4 low-income families to receive assistance for parent coaching. $250 - 2 parents to receive scholarships for AANE’s annual conference. $100 - 1 parent consultation with a clinician to help with challenges at school. $50 - 1 AANE membership for family in need. $25 - 1 parent to attend a social networking event. Other - anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
