Camp Limberlimbs is a stay-away camp for kids and teens with rheumatic conditions, age 7-17. Campers take part in activities designed to help them increase self-confidence, improve arthritis self-management, and develop leadership and communication skills, all while making new friends who share similar challenges.


*HOW TO APPLY*
Applications due by September 6!

1. To apply for camp, FILL OUT THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM on the “Camp Limberlimbs 2013” tab of this website!

2. PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE (or send a check or money order to the Arthritis Foundation, Montana office)

3. PRINT, FILL OUT & SEND IN THE ADDITIONAL FORMS included in your confirmation email to the Arthritis Foundation, Montana office

4. WATCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX FOR YOUR FINAL CONFIRMATION & CAMP DETAILS within 2 weeks of receiving ALL of your Additional Forms!



T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST
To get everyone excited about the camp theme, we’re having a t-shirt design contest! By entering, you have the chance to be the designer of the 2013 camp t-shirts and you will receive a prize at camp!

Please use a blank sheet of white paper and crayons, colored pencils, markers or paint to create a fun “Superheroes” t-shirt design! Please include your name and age and submit your t-shirt design to klevine@arthritis.org (or mail it to the Montana office) by August 23, 2013.
