The video below features Donna South, a breast cancer survivor from Savannah. South had access to the SPY Elite System for breast reconstruction surgery. This new technology enables surgeons to clearly identify and attach viable tissue during breast reconstruction, eliminating the need for additional surgeries.

We want to acquire the SPY Elite System for the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute at Memorial University Medical Center. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help us purchase this system. This technology will greatly benefit women in our community -- women whom you may know and love.

Funds raised beyond what is needed to purchase SPY technology will establish a Patient Assistance Fund to cover the cost of dye kits required for the machine. This expense is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. If you have any questions or wish to donate off-line, please contact Memorial Health Foundation at 912-350-8934.
